5. Pricing and Payment

6. Cancellations and Amendments
Customers may amend their booking details (name, contact information, dates) subject to availability.Changes to the type of service or the number of helpers may require a new quote.We require at least 48 hours' notice for amendments.Larger amendments may require a new quote.No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen medical emergencies or bereavement, the company may consider alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
